Comfortable and charming well-lit apartment with tiled-floor, located in Via Silvestro II, a very quiet street. It is located on the third floor of a four-storey, recently renovated building: the apartment has been newly renovated, too, and is completely furnished with new furniture.

The apartment is composed of a sleeping/living room with a double-bed and two bed-armchairs (all beds have wooden-stave bedpspring, double bed has orthopaedic mattress), a well-equipped kitchen (including electric oven and freezer) with table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony which can be used for eating, relaxing (and smoking!) in the summer season.

The neighbourhood

Via Silvestro II is located in the hearth of the Aurelio-Boccea district, a few steps from the big shopping area of Via Boccea, where you'll have the chance to find several banks and make any type of shopping. From Monday to Saturday, every morning, there is a street market all Via Urbano II along, very close to Via Silvestro II.

In Via Silvestro II itself there is a food minimarket, and in the range of 200 meters you will find cafés, tobacconists, grocer-shops, butcheries, confectioner's shops, food takeaways, etc..

The apartment is located in strategic position towards Rome city centre, just a few minutes walk from the underground (A Line - Cornelia station), which will take you to the Vatican Museums in less than 10 minutes and to "Piazza di Spagna" (Spanish steps) in less than 15 minutes, and from a large central bus station, from which you can reach Rome city centre and many other strategic places in the town.
