Booking conditions
Please send an e-mail to: silvestro2@hotmail.com, submitting the following information:

- Presumed arrival time
- Departure date
Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and make a provisional booking in your name, for the accommodation. You will receive a confirmation within 3 working days via e-mail. We suggest you to indicate more than one preference in order of priority, in case the period you have chosen should be already taken.
Payment
30% in advance (only through bank transfer) as "reservation fee" as soon as we confirm you
the availability of the period you've requested. Remaining amount shall be paid
cash (cheques not accepted) by the delivery of the keys.
Should you not pay the "reservation fee" within 5 working days from reservation date
and send us the bank receipt by fax, your reservation will immediately expire.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE CONDITIONS BELOW
Cancellation policy: the deposit is not refundable. Instead, it can be used to make a reservation for a later period exclusively in case you inform us about the cancellation at least 15 days in advance in respect of the reserved period, sending an e-mail to silvestro2@hotmail.com.
The guests in the apartment must be those indicated by the reservation. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbour" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behaviour which may disturb the building's residents.
